The purpose of thid is to analyze factor considered by consumers wich is the people of west java in choosing the product of tiens. This research user factor analysis wich the sample of research of 100 respondents wich is consumers of tiens who live in west java. The result of this research show that there was seven factor considered in choosing product of tiens. First factor consists of variable friend relation neigbourhhood, family, consumer live style, personality of consumer, practicality of tiens product, guarantee of savety product, savety and benefits of product, price product, fast reaction product.
