The research is aimed to describe the kinds of language style and the meaning of the cigarette advertisement slogan. The theories in this thesis are stylistics, figurative language and meaning. The research of methodology is qualitative method that written by descriptive analysis. Moreover, in this research for the method of data collecting technique is analyzing and observing the words or phrases that appear in advertisement slogans in internet. They are 9 cigarette advertisement slogans as the focus of the study and the writer uses herself as instrument of this research.
