A importância da formação continuada de professores no processo inclusivo de estudantes com necessidades educacionais especiais

The present monographic work has os its theme “The importance of continuing teacher education in the inclusive process” focused on students with SEN as a target audience. Aiming to investigate the learning acquired in the Continuing Education process that help the teacher in the process of inclusion of students with special educational needs in the common classroom, as well as the contributions that these formations provided to the pedagogical practice, to investigate the importance and the necessity of the education. pedagogical practice, so that inclusive classroom teaching practices actually take place. From the methodological point of view, it is a qualitative research. The study was conducted through field research supported by bibliographic references, where data were collected through a questionnaire, which collected data for understanding and analysis of the theme to be investigated. Thus, the research participants were 8 (eight) teachers from a public school system in João Pessoa-PB. Thus, it is clear from the study that the continuing education of teachers is an indispensable factor in the process of inclusion of people with disabilities, and it is necessary to continue the research, aiming at the elaboration of techniques and knowledge so that these students are really included. Finally, it can be concluded that the regular school teachers in the inclusive education perspective are large, and a significant part of these professionals are not or do not feel prepared to develop diversified teaching strategies, valuing the differences, so that they can realize effectively inclusion and not just integration among all students.O presente trabalho monográfico tem como tema “A importância da formação continuada de professores no processo inclusivo” focado em estudantes com NEE’s como público-alvo. Objetivando investigar as aprendizagens adquiridas no processo de Formação Continuada que auxiliam o professor no processo de inclusão de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais na sala de aula comum, assim com as contribuições que essas formações proporcionaram para prática pedagógica, investigar a importância e a necessidade da formação inicial e continuada do pedagogo, para que as práticas de ensino em salas de aulas inclusivas aconteçam de fato. Do ponto de vista metodológico trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo. O estudo realizou-se através de pesquisa de campo apoiada em referências bibliográficas, onde os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário, que colaborou com na compreensão e análise do tema a ser investigado. Assim as participantes da pesquisa foram 8 (oito) professoras de uma escola da rede pública de ensino municipal de João Pessoa-PB. Percebe-se assim através do estudo que a formação continuada dos docentes é fator imprescindível no processo de inclusão de pessoas com necessidade educacionais especiais, sendo necessária continuidade nas pesquisas, visando a elaboração de técnicas e conhecimentos para que esses alunos sejam realmente incluídos. Por fim, pode-se concluir que os professores da rede regular diante da perspectiva inclusiva de educação são grandes, e parte significativa destes profissionais não estão ou não se sentem preparados para desenvolverem estratégias de ensino diversificado, valorizando as diferenças, de modo que possam realizar efetivamente a inclusão e não somente a integração entre todos os alunos
