A importância da implementação dos temas transversais nas turmas de EJA: a concepção do professor e dos alunos.

The transversal themes are formed by a set of urgent and very important social themes, committed to the citizenship formation of the individuals that should be used by the school, occupying the same place of importance of the basic contents as teaching methods. Youth and Adult Education - EJA modality was created with the objective of democratizing education in Brazil, being applied to the analogical adult with the possibility of classification in a society that is often excluded. Therefore, it should be observed as requirements and interests of the community and adapt the transversal themes to their classes, create a dialogue with their students, seeking for ideas and generate interesting thoughts about each one. As that said, this work aims to understand and analyze the possibilities of pedagogical work carried out from the approach of cross-cutting themes in science discipline applying to EJA It’s a qualitative approach, descriptive and exploratory research, everything being set in a case study associated with a field research. We applied the research in two classes of EJA (Cycle III and Cycle IV), being located in João Pessoa-PB whereas the teacher's approaches were used in sexual orientation (Contraceptive) and field research (Sexually Transmitted Infections, the teacher saw that it would be very important to carry these subjects with their students. It was possible to realize that the teacher doesn’t have a large amount of strategies, approaching subjects in a traditional way, or that makes the classes less interesting, but these are lessons built on dialogue. We could notice that students do want to have new approaches to create ways of being interested in these contents, as they understand that the school is the only place that they can obtain information about such things. Thus, we understand and analyze the great importance of these subjects for the social development of these individuals, since the results analyzed showed that discussion of related topics in the classroom may provoked curiosity in the subject, but also contributes to the individual growth and the development of stronger interpersonal relationships.NenhumaOs chamados temas transversais formam um conjunto de temáticas sociais consideradas urgentes e de grande importância, comprometidas com a formação cidadã dos indivíduos que devem ser tratados pela escola, ocupando o mesmo lugar de importância dos conteúdos tidos como básicos para a educação. A modalidade Educação de Jovens e Adultos–EJA foi criada com o objetivo de democratizar o ensino no Brasil proporcionando ao adulto analfabeto a possibilidade de igualdade numa sociedade que,muitas vezes o excluiu. Assim sendo, deve-se observar as necessidades e interesses da comunidade e adequar os temas transversais às suas aulas, criando um diálogo com seus discentes, provocando ideias e gerando pensamentos críticos sobre cada um. Pensando nisso, esse trabalho tem como objetivo geral compreender e analisar as possibilidades do trabalho pedagógico realizado a partir da abordagem de temas transversais na disciplina de ciências no ensino da EJA. Trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, e de uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória, sendo o procedimento da pesquisa um estudo de caso juntamente com a pesquisa de campo. A pesquisa foi realizada em uma escola municipal de João Pessoa-PB, em duas turmas de EJA (Ciclo III e Ciclo IV), nas quais as abordagens do docente foram no campo da saúde (Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis) e orientação sexual (Métodos Contraceptivos), devido ao fato do professor enxergar que seria de grande importância trabalhar com esses temas com seus alunos. Foi possível perceber que o professor não possui muitas estratégias metodológicas, abordando os assuntos de modo ainda tradicional, o que torna as aulas menos interessantes, contudo é são aulas construídas a partir do diálogo. Constatou-se ainda que os alunos não só querem como sentem falta da abordagem desses conteúdos em sala de aula, por compreenderem que a escola é o único lugar que conseguiriam obter informações sobre tais conteúdos. E assim, compreendemos e analisamos a grande importância desses assuntos para o desenvolvimento social desses indivíduos, uma vez que os resultados analisados mostram que a discussão de determinados temas em sala de aula provocam, não só a curiosidade do assunto, mas também, contribuem para o crescimento individual e o desenvolvimento de relações interpessoais mais sólidas
