This work aimed to understand Project Based Learning (PBL) as a contribution to the learning process of the students of the disciplines of Organization and Methods and Quality and Productivity Management of the UFPB Administration course, besides describing the method adopted by the teacher in both subjects. The analysis carried out a yearlong sample including 2017.2 and 2018.1 semesters. Data were collected during the performance as a monitor that generated qualitative data resulting in categories for analysis along with the conducted interviews including the students, the monitor and the teacher of the subjects.
