A importância do psicopedagogo dentro da instituição organizacional

Porem quando lidamos com pessoas que trabalham em empresas há uma diversidade cultural, em termos de educação, religião, política, problemas afetivos e sociais tornam-se mais complexa ainda. O presente estudo nos dar a oportunidade de perceber o psicopedagogo dentro das organizações, abordando as questões e problemáticas dentro da empresa, sua qualidade de vida, para saber a necessidade que um funcionário tem de crescer, e superar suas dificuldades em seu espaço de trabalho, tendo como elemento chave os conhecimentos a capacitação e a aprendizagem. Pretendendo, nos também, mostrar neste estudo como é possível a empresa educar seus funcionários para beneficiá-los e tornar a empresa mais humana, mais moderna e mais competitiva, gerando mais produtividade.
