Intervenção psicopedagógica frente à deficiência intelectual: um estudo de caso

The study presented here had as general objective to analyze the psychopedagogical intervention before child with Intellectual Disability. This is a case study research, with the participation of 1 child diagnosed with Intellectual Disability. The research instruments used were: Listening, EOCA, Anamnesis, Operational Tests, Play Activities, Reading and Writing Activities, aiming at a better learning for the learner with this deficiency. The research was performed individually and had, on average, 50min of duration. For the analysis of data, three categories of analysis were listed: Initial Assessment with mother and child, by the instruments: listening and anamnesis. Specific Evaluation with the child, through the Piaget Operative Tests. Psychopedagogical Intervention, considering the cognitive level of the child evaluated in the previous stages. The results indicated that the intervention actions of the psychopedagogue are of paramount importance for the learning process of the child with Intellectual Disability, since this professional serves as a bridge between the learner and the difficulty found. Finally, we conclude that psychopedagogical interventions are indispensable for the Intellectual Deficient to develop their cognitive abilities in their learning process.O estudo ora apresentado teve como objetivo geral analisar a intervenção psicopedagógica frente a criança com Deficiência Intelectual. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de estudo de caso, que contou com a participação de 1 criança com diagnóstico de Deficiência Intelectual. Os instrumentos de pesquisa utilizados foram: Escuta, EOCA, Anamnese, Provas Operatórias, Atividades Lúdicas, Atividades de Leitura e Escrita, visando um melhor aprendizado para o aprendente com essa deficiência. A pesquisa foi realizada individualmente e teve, em média 50min de duração. Para a análise de dados foram elencadas três categorias de análise: Avaliação Inicial com a mãe e a criança, por meio dos instrumentos: escuta e anamnese. Avaliação Específica coma criança, por meio das Provas Operatórias de Piaget. Intervenção Psicopedagógica, considerando o nível cognitivo da criança avaliada nas etapas anteriores. Os resultados indicaram que as ações interventivas do psicopedagogo são de suma importância para o processo de aprendizagem da criança com Deficiência Intelectual, pois este profissional serve como ponte entre o aprendente e a dificuldade encontrada. Por fim, conclui-se que as intervenções psicopedagógicas são indispensáveis para o Deficiente Intelectual desenvolver suas habilidades cognitivas em seu processo de aprendizagem
