O planejamento escolar e a gestão democrática na educação de jovens e adultos

The present course conclusion work brings to the fore a strategy of planning and development as a work process and an organization for the pedagogical work for the education of young people and adults (EJA). Added to that, is important too, consider the specific objective, that is: verify how works the pedagogical planning in the school; analyze how the measurement of teaching can influence the quality of teaching; identify if the planning carried out at the school meets the specifications of Youth and Adult Education. The research is justified by the interest in knowing the management practices, since it is an object of great challenge, especially when we consider it a transformation tool in front of the demands of education, scheduled in the pedagogical actions through the practice of planning. In order to base theoretically as the conceptions between the lines of the work were brought reflections of theorists such as Gandin (2001), Padilha (2001), Sorte (2000 and 2009), Bordignon and Gracindo (2004), Rodrigues (1986), Cury Strelhow (2010), Padilha (2001), Kosik (1976), among others. The research is characterized by being qualitative and constitutes as a field research carried out in a municipal elementary school in João Pessoa. The data analysis was performed through the semi-structured interview of the manager and documental documentation of the Educational Political Project of the institution. After analyzing the data, it was possible to conclude that the PPP of the school, which represents the planning, brings theoretical and pragmatic conceptions and is able to trace the perspectives of positive changes that corroborate the resignification of the EJA. It was also possible to observe the teachers' discourses in agreement with the manager in the perspective of asserting the commitment to construct reflective actions that attend to the particularities of Youth and Adult Education, that is, a planning that has a view with a thought organized, strategic and democratic that emits dynamism and an interaction of the context between a current society and the school, an aim to achieve expressive goals for the involvement of all in the learning process.O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso traz à tona a temática do planejamento e tem como objetivo geral compreender como se dá o processo de planejamento pedagógico pela gestão para uma efetiva organização do trabalho pedagógico na Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Somado a isso, também é importante considerar os objetivos específicos que são: verificar como se dá o processo de planejamento pedagógico na escola; analisar como o planejamento pedagógico pode influenciar na prática docente; identificar se o planejamento realizado na escola contempla as especificações da Educação de Jovens e Adultos. A pesquisa se justifica pelo interesse em conhecer as práticas da gestão, uma vez que ela se constitui um objeto de grande desafio, principalmente quando se fala em considerá-la uma ferramenta transformadora frente às demandas da educação pautadas nos fazeres pedagógicos e nas próprias ações administrativas que dizem respeito à instituição, por meio da prática de planejamento. Para embasar teoricamente as concepções desenvolvidas nas entrelinhas do trabalho foram trazidas reflexões de teóricos como Gandin (2001), Padilha (2001), Luck (2000 e 2009), Bordignon e Gracindo (2004), Rodrigues (1986), Cury (2005), Strelhow (2010), Padilha (2001), Kosik (1976), entre outros. A pesquisa caracteriza-se por ser qualitativa e constitui-se como pesquisa de campo realizada em uma Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental de João Pessoa-PB. A análise de dados foi realizada através da entrevista semiestruturada feita com a gestora (representante da escola) e 04 (quatro) professores e a análise documental do Projeto Político Pedagógico da instituição. Após a análise dos dados foi possível concluir que o PPP da escola, que representa o planejamento, traz concepções teóricas e práticas onde é possível traçar perspectivas de mudanças positivas que corroboram para a ressignificação da EJA. Também foi possível observar que os discursos dos professores estão em consonância com o da gestora na perspectiva de fazer valer o compromisso de construção das ações de caráter reflexivo que atenda as particularidades da Educação de Jovens e Adultos, isto é, um planejamento que tenha a ver com um pensar organizado, estratégico e democrático que leve em consideração o dinamismo e a interação do contexto entre a sociedade atual e a escola, a fim de alcançar objetivos expressivos para o envolvimento de todos no processo de aprendizagem
