Adoecimento dos professores do ensino fundamental I do município de João Pessoa/PB

The constants changing in the labor world, rising from the influences of a new stage in the capitalism, has impacted the school as a breeding ground of strengthens for their interests, imposing precarious condition for the teacher’s work, that decisively reflect on their health. This paper aimed to investigate the teacher healthy based on the work category – health – disease, relating to teacher from Basic Education I, in the town of João Pessoa. In methodological terms, this research is typified as a cross-sectional study as a documentary research, with the use of a quali-quantitative methodological approach from the work leave of those teacher in the period of 2013 and 2014 for the treatment of the health. This investigative process, contemplated a bibliographic al survey about the categories that underlie the analysis of the object of this study; and in the literature about the legislation laws and operational documents that regulates the Education Policy and health Policy and Safety of the Worker. The data collection was taken from the surveys in secondary dates, derived from the list of work leaves in human resources department of the Secretary of Education and Culture, thereby the reason of the work leave in the medical records at City medical board. In the phase of analyses and data interpretation, was used data tabulation with an descriptive statistics analyses from graphics and tables, analyses based on author as: Alencar (2005), Kullok (2000), Kuenzer e Caldas (2009), Oliveira (2005), Veiga (2006), Antunes (2015), Brooke (2006), Gasparini (2005), among others. As result, we concluded that the diseases of the of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissues and the mental and behavioral disorders are manifested as the main responsible of the work leave from teachers of the basic I Municipality Education, most often from forties of age.As constantes transformações no mundo do trabalho, advindas das influências do novo estágio em que se encontra o capitalismo, tem impactado a escola como solo fértil de fortalecimento de seus interesses, impondo condições precárias de trabalho ao professor, que se refletem decisivamente sobre sua saúde. Nessa pesquisa, objetivou-se investigar o adoecimento docente a partir da categoria trabalho – saúde – doença, junto aos professores da Educação Básica I do Município de João Pessoa/PB. Em termos metodológicos, tipifica-se como um estudo transversal como uma pesquisa documental, com uso da metodologia de avaliação quali-quantitativa dos afastamentos desses professores no período de 2013 e 2014, para tratamento de saúde. Este processo investigativo também contemplou o levantamento bibliográfico acerca das categorias que perpassam a análise do objeto deste estudo; e no levantamento das legislações e dos documentos operacionais que regulam a Política de Educação e Política de Saúde e Segurança do trabalhador. A coleta se deu a partir do levantamento de dados secundários, derivados da relação dos afastados no setor de recursos humanos da Secretária de Educação e Cultura e o motivo de afastamento do trabalho nos prontuários médico na Junta Médica Municipal. Na fase de análise e interpretação dos dados, utilizou-se da tabulação dos dados com a análise estatística descritiva dos gráficos e quadros, e análise a partir de referências de autores como: Alencar (2008), Kullok (2000), Cacciamali (2002), Kuenzer e Caldas (2009), Oliveira (2005), Veiga (2006), Antunes (2015), Brooke (2006), Gasparini (2005), dentre outros, bem como os documentos legais. Como resultado, concluímos que as doenças do sistema osteomuscular e do tecido conjuntivo e os transtornos mentais e comportamentais manifestam-se como os principais responsáveis das causas de afastamentos do trabalho em professores da Educação Básica I do Município, com maior frequência a partir dos quarenta anos de idade
