Uso de sistema de informação geográfica (SIG) para seleção de plantas matrizes de quixabeira [Sideroxylon obtusifolium (Roem. & Schult.) T.D. Penn.]

Quixabeira [Sideroxylon obtusifolium (Roem. & Schult.) T.D. Penn.] is a native species of the Caatinga biome whose population has been reduced by several factors, including anthropic interference. The monitoring of the characteristics of the environment where the species is and the registry of the data obtained in the laboratory are alternatives that can contribute to the individualized decision making. For this, the current research aimed at the creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS), which relates data referring to the quality of seeds from S. obtusifolium from Boa Vista - PB. The system must generate spatial analysis of the matrices, cartographic product, multicriteria analysis and generate a model that can be reproduced for other species. The system was produced from three stages: data collection, seed analysis and modeling of GIS software. At the time of the collection, the matrix plants were located spatially by a GPS receiver and taken to the seed analysis laboratory of Universidade Federal da Paraíba/CCA. In the analysis phase, fruit and seed biometry tests, germination and vigor tests (emergence, first counting, IVG, length, dry mass of seedlings and electrical conductivity) were performed. The M04 (46%) and M07 (44%) matrices obtained the best results in the germination test. In the biometrics evaluation, the matrix M09 presented more significant results, contradicting the electrical conductivity test, when it had most of its cellular systems deteriorated. A database was generated in the Qgis software for spatial and multicriteria analysis of the matrix plants. In the multicriteria analysis all the items were consulted from the second statistical grouping and the M11 matrix was considered the most indicated as a seed producer among the sixteen studied S. obtusifolium matrices, since it presented average results between the two main groupings for the set tests. GIS is a geotechnical tool capable of establishing a relationship between S. obtusifolium seed analysis data and the observation of the environment where the matrix exists; it is a system that can be adapted to any other species as well as to other types of data.A quixabeira [Sideroxylon obtusifolium (Roem. & Schult.) T.D. Penn.] é uma espécie nativa do bioma Caatinga que vem diminuindo sua população por diversos fatores, inclusive interferência antrópica. O monitoramento das características do meio onde as espécies estão inseridas e o cadastro de dados obtidos em laboratório é uma alternativa que pode contribuir na tomada de decisão individualizada. Para tal, esta pesquisa objetivou a criação de um Sistema de Informação Geográfica (SIG), que relacione dados referentes à qualidade de sementes advindas de plantas matrizes de Quixabeira (S. obtusifolium) do município de Boa Vista - PB. O sistema permite gerar análise espacial das matrizes, produto cartográfico, análise multicritério e gerar um modelo que pode ser reproduzido para outras espécies. O sistema foi produzido a partir de três etapas: coleta de dados; análises de sementes e modelagem do software de SIG. No momento da coleta, as plantas matrizes foram localizadas espacialmente por receptor-GPS e levadas para o laboratório de análise de sementes da Universidade Federal da Paraíba/CCA. Na fase de análise foram realizados testes de biometria dos frutos e das sementes, testes de germinação e vigor (emergência, primeira contagem, IVG, comprimento, massa seca de plântulas e condutividade elétrica). As matrizes M04 (46%) e M07 (44%) obtiveram os melhores resultados no teste de germinação, já na avaliação da biometria a matriz M09 apresentou resultados mais significativos, contradizendo o teste de condutividade elétrica, em que a mesma foi a que mais deteriorou seus sistemas celulares. Em posse dos resultados gerou-se um banco de dados no software Qgis para análise espacial e multicritério das plantas matrizes. Na análise multicritério todos os itens foram consultados a partir do segundo agrupamento estatístico e a matriz M11 foi considerada a mais indicada como produtora de sementes entre as dezesseis matrizes de S. obtusifolium estudadas, por apresentar resultados médios entre os dois principais agrupamentos para o conjunto de testes. O SIG foi uma ferramenta geotecnológica capaz de estabelecer a relação entre os dados de análise da semente de Quixabeira e a observação do contexto onde a matriz existe, além disso, o modelo apresentado pode ser adaptado a qualquer outra espécie, bem como a outros tipos de dados
