A importância da leitura literária na Educação de Jovens e Adultos: reflexões sobre os processos de ensino e aprendizagem.

This work aims to understand the space of literary reading as a possibility of contribution in social formation and reflections in the teaching and learning processes of the modality of Youth and Adult Education. This research is of bibliographical, documentary and qualitative character. Thus, we proposed to analyze the perspective of a group of EJA cycle V through the application of a questionnaire at the State Normal School of Elementary and Middle School Anísio Pereira Borges, located in Santa Rita/ PB. In this way, we perceive the theoretical-methodological aspects, the students' perception of literary reading and teaching practices. To substantiate we use some theorists, among them: Ferrarezi and Carvalho (2017); Rouxel (2013); Freire (1967, 1980); Paiva (1987); Cereja (2005); Cosson (2011) and Calaça (2016). We can reflect that literature teaching still remains disjointed from the practice of literary reading and when it comes to the EJA we find many resistance either by the school or the practice of the teachers. But on the face of it, we perceive through the subjectivity of some students that the importance of reading is essential for social formation. The answers obtained from the students are that the literary reading space is a possible practice in the EJA modality, understanding through the experiences and specificities the importance of the reading process in a meaningful way.Este trabalho tem o objetivo de compreender o espaço da leitura literária como possibilidade de contribuições na formação social e reflexões nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem da modalidade da Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Esta pesquisa é de caráter bibliográfico, documental e qualitativo. Assim, propusemos analisar a perspectiva de uma turma da EJA ciclo V através da aplicação de um questionário na Escola Normal Estadual de Ensino Fundamental e Médio Anísio Pereira Borges, situada em Santa Rita/ PB. Dessa forma, percebemos os aspectos teórico-metodológico, a percepção dos educandos sobre a leitura literária e as práticas docentes. Para fundamentar utilizamos alguns teóricos, dentre eles: Ferrarezi e Carvalho (2017); Rouxel (2013); Freire (1967; 1980); Paiva (1987); Cereja (2005); Cosson (2011) e Calaça (2016). Podemos refletir que o ensino de literatura ainda continua sendo desarticulado da prática de leitura literária e quando se trata da EJA encontramos muitas resistências seja pela escola ou pela prática dos(as) docentes. Mas diante disso, percebemos através da subjetividade de alguns educandos que a importância da leitura é essencial para a formação social. As respostas obtidas dos(as) educandos(as) demonstram que o espaço de leitura literária é uma prática possível na modalidade EJA, compreendendo através das vivências e especificidades a importância do processo de leitura de forma significativa
