Proposta de um modelo de gestão de ativos para indústria calçadista

Among the administrative and operational functions, the most important are the production and maintenance since, together, have to deliver the goods or services at the time indicated, with the requested quality and quantity designed. Due to this maintenance assumes a strategic importance in the structure of companies with direct reflections at the level of operation and logistics. Many companies are aware of the challenges and have implemented policies or management strategies aimed at giving equal importance maintenance function to other functions of the organization. The Brazil stands out internationally in the footwear sector, being the third largest producer, sixth largest exporter and fifth largest consumer of footwear, in global terms. The high of the capital invested in the industry, the growing need to control operating costs to maintain competitiveness and enhancing industrial safety are just a few of the points that make indispensable asset management and maintenance. Aiming at the optimization of operations and ensuring the best value possible, PAS 55 was drafted. In this context, the Sneakers comes deploying Asset Management System (AMS), with the aim of reducing maintenance costs. The proposal of the Sneakers is that implementation by complete AMS by the year 2021, until there will be held meetings and training with all maintenance team.Entre as funções administrativas e operacionais as mais relevantes são a produção e a manutenção já que, em conjunto, têm que entregar os produtos ou serviços no tempo indicado, com a qualidade solicitada e a quantidade projetada. Devido a isso a manutenção assume uma importância estratégica na estrutura das empresas com reflexos diretos ao nível de operação e logística. Muitas empresas estão conscientes dos desafios e têm implementado políticas ou estratégias de gestão visando dar à função manutenção importância igual às outras funções da organização. O Brasil se destaca internacionalmente no setor de calçados, sendo o terceiro maior produtor, sexto maior exportador e quinto maior consumidor de calçados, em termos mundiais. O elevado do capital investido na indústria, a necessidade crescente de controlar os custos operacionais para manter a competitividade e o reforço da segurança industrial são apenas alguns dos pontos que tornam imprescindível a gestão de ativos e manutenção. Visando a otimização de operações, e garantindo a melhor rentabilidade possível, a PAS 55 foi elaborada. Nesse contexto, a Alpargatas vem implantando o Sistema de Gestão de Ativos (SGA), com o intuito de reduzir os custos de manutenção. A proposta da Alpargatas é que se tenha a implementação por completa do SGA até o ano de 2021, até lá, serão realizados reuniões e treinamentos com toda equipe de manutenção
