Desenvolvimento de um Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais (PPRA) para o Restaurante Universitário da Universidade Federal da Paraíba

The management of occupational risks is a factor that must be taken with great attention by the managers of the company, since they have beneficial consequences for both the worker and the employees. In order to have an effective occupational risk management, one must comply with the norms established by law, one of which is the mandatory development and implementation of a Program for the Prevention of Environmental Risks (PPRA). Having said that this work of conclusion of course has as objective the development of the PPRA for the Restaurant University of the Federal University of Paraíba, of campus I in João Pessoa. For this, several employees were interviewed, the knowledge of the activities carried out by the workers was obtained, and the occupational hazards found in each sector of the University Restaurant were identified in a qualitative way. After the qualitative identification, it was observed the need to carry out quantitative assessments of certain risks found. After all the information collected, the basic document of the PPRA of the University Restaurant was obtained with the fundamental elements that compose it.O gerenciamento dos riscos ocupacionais é um fator que deve ser levado com bastante atenção por parte dos gestores, pois trazem consequências benéficas tanto para a empresa quanto para os trabalhadores. Para se ter um gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais efetivo, deve-se cumprir as normas estabelecidas por lei, uma delas é da obrigatoriedade do desenvolvimento e implementação de um Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais (PPRA). Dito isso esse trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento do PPRA para o Restaurante Universitário da Universidade Federal da Paraíba, do campus I em João Pessoa. Para isso vários funcionários foram entrevistados, obteve-se o conhecimento das atividades realizadas pelos trabalhadores, foi feita a identificação dos riscos ocupacionais encontrados em cada setor do Restaurante Universitário de maneira qualitativamente. Após a identificação qualitativa, observou-se a necessidade de realizar avaliações quantitativas de determinados riscos encontrados. Após todas as informações coletadas, elaborou-se o documento base do PPRA do Restaurante Universitário com os elementos fundamentais que o compõe
