EFEITO DA SUPLEMENTAÇÃO DE FITASE EM DIETAS COM REDUÇÃO NOS NÍVEIS NUTRICIONAIS SOBRE A MORFOMETRIA INTESTINAL DE CODORNAS DE CORTE

Was aimed at this study evaluate the effects phytase supplementation in diets with reduced phosphorous levels available, calcium, amino acids digestible and metabolizable energy for cut quails. Were used 680 European quails (coturnix coturnix coturnix) from 1 to 45 days of life, distributed in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 8 replicates of 17 birds each The treatments consisted of a diet with reduction of 0.15 and 0.165 percentage points in available phosphorus and calcium, respectively, 10% at digestible amino acid levels (methionine + cystine, lysine and threonine) and reduction of 50 kcal / kg of metabolizable energy, of the requirements recommended by Silva & Costa (2009). On this diet were supplemented 0 (T1); 500 (T2); 1,000 (T3); 1,500 (T4) and 2,000 (T5) FTUs / kg phytase. At 45 days of age the birds were slaughtered and used for histological analyzes of the gastrointestinal tract (duodenum, jejunum and ileum). With the exception of the ileus villus height, all intestinal morphometry variables were influenced (P <0.05) by the enzyme phytase. Phytase supplementation at the level of 1,000 FTUs / kg in diets with reduced levels of available phosphorus, calcium, digestible amino acids and metabolizable energy is sufficient to ensure improvements in the intestinal morphology of cut quails.Objetivou-se com esse estudo avaliar os efeitos da suplementação de fitase em dietas com redução nos níveis de fósforo disponível, cálcio, aminoácidos digestíveis e energia metabolizável para codornas de corte. Foram utilizadas 680 codornas europeias (coturnix coturnix coturnix) de 1 a 45 dias de vida, distribuídas em um delineamento inteiramente ao acaso com 5 tratamentos e 8 repetições de 17 aves cada. Os tratamentos consistiram de uma dieta com redução de 0,15 e 0,165 pontos percentuais em fósforo disponível e cálcio, respectivamente, 10% nos níveis de aminoácidos digestíveis (metionina+cistina, lisina e treonina) e redução de 50 kcal/kg de energia metabolizável, das exigências recomendadas por Silva & Costa (2009). Sobre esta dieta foram suplementadas 0 (T1); 500 (T2); 1.000 (T3); 1.500 (T4) e 2.000 (T5) FTUs/kg de fitase.
