This article has the characteristics of a theoretical survey, seeking to analyze the exploration of emotional intelligence for the acquisition of learning, with Psychopedagogy as the background. The theme in question was chosen through the participation in the school routine, as a trainee, in the municipal teaching network of the city of João Pessoa. However, we have constructed an approach that explicitly presents the difficulties of implementing such actions for the adoption of emotional intelligence in the school context.
