SUPERDOSAGEM DE FITASE EXÓGENA PARA FRANGOS DE CORTE DE 1 A 21 DIAS

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of overdosage of exogenous phytase on the performance and intestinal morphology of the duodenum of broilers of 21 days. Were used in 2100 male chicks a day of Cobb 500. The birds were randomly divided into 12 treatments, and the experiment carried out in a factorial 3x4, 3 nutritional matrix (matrix 1 - formulated to meet all the nutritional requirements of metabolizable energy and amino; matrix-2- formulated with a 5% reduction in amino acids, compared to matrix 1; 3- matrix formulated with a reduction of 10% in amino acids with respect to mold 1, both in matrix 2 and 3, other nutrients They were kept identical to the array 1) and 4 supplementation levels of phytase (0, 500, 1500 and 3000 FTU). The performance variables were evaluated: feed intake, weight gain and feed conversion. After 21 days these birds were sacrificed, and collected samples are 8 animals per treatment of a middle portion of the duodenum, these standard samples were subjected to routine histological and morphometric analysis later. Data were statistically analyzed using the Statistical Analysis System (SAS); The test used was the regression and Tukey, where there was interaction between variables was performed deployment. Weight gain increased with phytase in the diet increased due to the positive effect of phytase enzyme has on the nutrient utilization. The villus height and area of absorption were higher in animals fed with the level of 1500 FTU and the relationship villus / crypt was better at the higher level of enzyme supplementation (3000 FTU). The greater villus height should the integrity of the villi stimulating effect due to the enzyme caused by reducing the amount of substrate available to the action of bacteria. The area of absorption was higher due to the benefits that supplementation of phytase enzyme caused on the villi which reflected directly on the area of absorption. It follows that an overdose of exogenous phytase was able to cause improvements in growth performance and intestinal morphology of the duodenum 21 days broilers, and recommended a reduction of 10% of dietary amino acid supplementation of 3000 FTU phytase in broiler diets 1-21 days.Objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar o efeito da superdosagem de fitase exógena sobre o desempenho zootécnico e morfometria intestinal do duodeno de frangos de corte de 21 dias. Foram utilizados 2100 pintos machos de um dia da linhagem Cobb 500. As aves foram divididos aleatoriamente em 12 tratamentos, sendo o experimento realizado em um fatorial 3x4, sendo 3 matrizes nutricionais (matriz 1 – formulada para atender todas as exigências nutricionais em energia metabolizável e aminoácidos; matriz-2- formulada com uma redução em 5% nos aminoácidos, em relação a matriz 1; matriz 3- formulada com uma redução de 10% nos aminoácidos, em relação a matriz 1, tanto na matriz 2 e 3 os demais nutrientes foram mantidos idênticos aos da matriz 1) e 4 níveis de suplementação da enzima fitase (0, 500, 1500 e 3000 FTU). As variáveis de desempenho avaliadas foram: consumo de ração, ganho de peso e conversão alimentar. Aos 21 dias de vida essas aves foram eutanasiados e coletou-se amostras de 8 animais por tratamento de uma porção média do duodeno, essas amostras foram submetidas a rotina histológica padrão e posterior análise morfométrica. Os dados foram submetidos à análise estatística usando o Statistical Analysis System (SAS); o teste usado foi o de regressão e Tukey, onde houve interação entre as variáveis foi realizado o desdobramento. O ganho de peso aumentou com o acréscimo de fitase na dieta, devido ao efeito positivo que a enzima fitase tem sobre o aproveitamento dos nutrientes. A altura de vilosidade e a área de absorção foram maiores nos animais alimentados com o nível de 1500 FTU e a relação vilosidade/cripta foi melhor no maior nível de suplementação da enzima (3000 FTU). A maior altura de vilosidade se deve a integridade das vilosidades devido ao efeito estimulante que a enzima causou, reduzindo a quantidade de substrato disponível para a ação das bactérias. A área de absorção foi maior devido aos benefícios que a suplementação da enzima fitase causou sobre as vilosidades o que refletiu diretamente sobre a área de absorção. Conclui-se que a superdosagem de fitase exógena foi capaz de causar melhorias no desempenho zootécnico e na morfometria intestinal do duodeno de frangos de corte de 21 dias, sendo recomendada a redução de 10% dos aminoácidos da dieta com a suplementação de 3000 FTU de fitase nas dietas de frango de corte de 1 a 21 dias
