The present study aims to evaluate CCJ/UFPB library services quality from student perspective. For that, a quantitative, bibliographic and exploratory research was carried out, having as subjects the students of the Law course of the Legal Sciences Center of the UFPB. The research took as the main research instruments, questionnaires formulated through the SERVQUAL methodology adapted pertinent to the use of the evaluation within the scope of the library and its services. The results showed that the quality dimensions pointed out in the library services that relate from their physical structure to the behavior of their servers present flaws that generally interfere in the provision of a quality service by the CCJ / UFPB, affecting the user ...
