Salmonellosis are diseases caused by bacteria of the genus Salmonella, which can cause diseases in humans, in which it is responsible for a large number of toxinfections, and in animals, the birds being the most affected group, suffering from three different diseases: a Pulorose caused by Salmonella Pullorum; the avian typhus caused by Salmonella Gallinarum; and the avian paratyphoid is caused by the Salmonellas paratificas, which are all other salmonella except these two previously mentioned.
