AEE para surdos: o legal e o real

We developed this study in order to better understand the education of deaf students today, in a municipal school in João Pessoa. Consequently, in view of the educational policy of inclusion into force, we were driven to meet working in developed specialized educational services (ESA), a multifunctional room that happens, otherwise the schedule for the regular classroom schedule. To do so, we draw to analyze the existing conditions of work in the ESA, focusing on routine activities, training of professionals, resources used in the room, planning, teaching LBS, LBS and education in teaching Portuguese. In view of substantiating our work, we seek to know what it says about education policy framework for the deaf, specifically the MEC regarding the ESA manual for the deaf, and the theoretical and methodological foundations of action research. Based on this, we performed, in the first instance, field observations in order to meet the researched reality, then we move to more participatory observations of activities developed by teacher ESA. Finally, we conducted an interview with this teacher, which gave subsidy to analyze the data, we found that comparing with the reference on the ESA for the deaf and the testimony of the teacher. After the analysis, we find that not everything that is mentioned in the ESA manual for the deaf happens in reality municipal school studied in the city of João Pessoa, many improvements in the quality of education developed at ESA for the deaf are needed.Desenvolvemos o presente trabalho com o intuito de entender melhor à educação dos alunos surdos na atualidade, em uma escola municipal de João Pessoa. Como consequência, tendo em vista a política educacional de inclusão em vigor, fomos impulsionadas a conhecer o trabalhado desenvolvido no Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE), que acontece numa sala multifuncional, em horário contrário ao horário destinado à sala de aula regular. Para tanto, traçamos como objetivo analisar as condições de trabalho existentes no AEE, com foco na rotina de atividades, formação dos profissionais, recursos utilizados na sala, planejamento, ensino da LIBRAS, ensino em LIBRAS e ensino de Português. Em vistas de fundamentar o nosso trabalho, procuramos conhecer o que diz o referencial sobre as políticas educacionais para surdos, especificamente o manual do MEC referente ao AEE para os surdos, e as bases teórico-metodológicas da pesquisa-ação. Baseadas nisso, realizamos, num primeiro momento, observações de campo, a fim de conhecer a realidade pesquisada; depois, passamos para observações mais participativas das atividades desenvolvidas pela professora do AEE. Por último, realizamos entrevista com essa professora, as quais deram subsídio à analise dos dados, comparando o que constatamos, com o referencial sobre o AEE para os surdos e o depoimento da professora. Após a análise, constatamos que nem tudo que está citado no manual do AEE para os surdos acontece na realidade da escola municipal pesquisada na cidade de João Pessoa, sendo necessários muitos aprimoramentos na qualidade do ensino desenvolvido no AEE para os surdos
