O uso das tecnologias da informação na escola: desafios e possibilidades

This research aims to study the use of information technology by the teachers of the School Prof. Jandira de Andrade Lima. The main objectives were to identify the challenges and opportunities encountered by teachers in using TIC’s available at the school. It was also the skills developed by teachers in building a profile of teacher networking. To achieve the objectives held an empirical research of an exploratory nature, through questionnaires with teachers of the institution. It was observed that the incorporation of TIC’s in the classroom is something that is already a part, albeit tentatively, the routine of most teachers, and that the Internet used as a tool pedagogical mediation decreases the distance and coming closer, the teacher the social context of his student. In conclusion, TIC’s are increasingly making a form of influence in the lives of teachers, which gradually innovate pedagogical practices in the construction of knowledge, including and including in this new world that we glimpse increasingly digital and technological.A presente pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo a utilização das tecnologias da informação pelos professores da Escola Profa Jandira de Andrade Lima. Os principais objetivos foram identificar os desafios e as possibilidades encontradas pelos professores na utilização das TIC’s, disponíveis na Escola. Verificou-se também as competências desenvolvidas pelos docentes na construção de um perfil de professor em rede. Para alcançar os objetivos, realizou-se uma pesquisa empírica de cunho exploratório, através da aplicação de questionários junto aos professores da Instituição. Observou-se que a incorporação das TIC’s à sala de aula é algo que já faz parte, embora timidamente, da rotina da maioria dos professores, e que a Internet utilizada como ferramenta de mediação pedagógica diminui a distância e aproxima cada vez mais, o professor do contexto social do seu aluno. Concluindo, as TIC’s exercem cada vez mais uma forma de influência na vida dos professores, que paulatinamente inovam pedagogicamente suas práticas na construção do conhecimento, incluindo e incluindo-se nesse novo mundo que se vislumbra, cada vez mais digital e tecnológico
