The objective of this work is to do a research on the Mathematics teachers’ conception concerning the Geometry teaching, based on the didactic guidances predicted in the National Curriculum Parameters. It having as motivation the recent historical of Geometry’s abandon and awareness of the role importance to be fulfilled by the National Curriculum Parameters in this context, the case study searched to answer the following question: what is the current situation of Geometry Teaching in Elementary Education of Jacaraú’s Municipal Schools - PB?
