Uma análise sobre a inserção da leitura literária nas práticas pedagógicas da educação infantil

This work ponders the importance of the literary readings in the pedagogical practice. Investigates, more precisely, how the teachers that work on the “pré-I”, “pré-II” and the 1 st grade of primary school of Antonio Trovão de Melo‟s School, sited on Caturité – PB, appropriate themselves of the literary reading in the school. It starts with the assumption that children literature should be used daily by the teacher, whether in the classroom or in another available spaces in the institution. In this sense, it is up to the teacher motivate the reading practice, awaking in the children the pleasure of reading and theirs imaginative capacity. This is a qualitative study, which refers to the area of Education, and counts on the questionnaire application as a technique for data collecting. The obtained results show that the teachers make a little use of children‟s literature in school, although they consider it as a tool that can act in the formation of future readers, and in the development of the creative and imaginative activity of students.Este trabalho reflete sobre a importância da leitura literária nas práticas pedagógicas. Investiga, mais precisamente, como as professoras que lecionam no pré-I e pré-II, da Escola Antônio Trovão de Melo, no município de Caturité- PB se apropriam da leitura literária no espaço escolar. Parte do pressuposto de que a literatura infantil deve ser utilizada cotidianamente pelo professor, quer seja em sala de aula, quer seja em outros espaços disponíveis na instituição. Nesse sentido, cabe ao professor incentivar a prática da leitura, despertando nas crianças o gosto de ler e sua capacidade imaginativa. Trata- se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa, que recorre ao campo da Educação, e conta com a aplicação do questionário como técnica de coleta de dados. Os resultados obtidos evidenciam que as professoras pouco utilizam a literatura infantil no espaço escolar, embora considerem uma ferramenta que pode atuar na constituição de futuros leitores e no desenvolvimento da atividade criativa e imaginativa dos alunos
