Pedagogia dos vínculos: o pedagogo nas unidades de acolhimento institucional

This study entitled "Pedagogy of the Links: The Home Educator in Institutional Units" aims to develop the understanding that all educational activity is a comprehensive training and social practice that happens in different situations and spaces that go beyond the school walls. The methodological approach taken as an object of study the role of the educator in school spaces in a complex society that requires a new profile for this professional, through qualitative research conducted through structured interviews, observations and systematic basis by existing references on the subject. The structure of this study is divided into two chapters; First: Unlocking the pedagogy, the historical approach, fundamentals and possibilities of action, passing through the Doctrine of Integral Protection, recommended by the Child and Adolescent (ECA ); mentioned the institutional care as a protective measure, conceptions of family, reflecting on determinants influencing the disruption of affective bonds. In the second chapter: Unraveling the Reality, we present the analysis of data relating to the vision and practice of educators in some Units Home in João Pessoa -PB, precisely five (5) obtained pedagogues. Had not pretend to exhaust the analysis of the problem studied, but help others and instigate further studies on the Institutional Childcare in educational sphere, opening a whole new range of possibilities for effective performance of educators.Este trabalho intitulado “Pedagogia dos Vínculos: O Pedagogo nas Unidades de Acolhimento Institucional” visa à compreensão que toda atividade pedagógica é uma prática social abrangente e formativa que acontece em diferentes situações e espaços, que vão além dos muros da escola. A opção metodológica tomou como objeto de estudo a atuação do pedagogo nos espaços não escolares numa sociedade complexa que exige um novo perfil para este profissional, através de pesquisa qualitativa, realizada através de entrevista estruturada, observações sistemáticas e embasamento por referências bibliográficas existentes sobre o tema. A estrutura deste estudo está dividida em dois capítulos; O primeiro: Desvendando a Pedagogia, abordamos os históricos, fundamentos e possibilidades de atuação, perpassando pela Doutrina da Proteção Integral, preconizada pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA); Mencionamos o acolhimento institucional como medida de proteção, concepções de família, refletindo sobre determinantes que influenciam na ruptura dos vínculos afetivos. No segundo capítulo: Desvendando a Realidade, apresentamos as análises dos dados obtidos relacionados a visão e a prática dos pedagogos em algumas Unidades de Acolhimento em João Pessoa-PB, precisamente 5 (cinco) pedagogas. Não tivemos a pretensão de esgotar a análise da problemática estudada, e sim contribuir e instigar outros estudos mais aprofundados sobre o Acolhimento Institucional na esfera pedagógica, abrindo um novo leque de possibilidades de atuação efetiva de pedagogos
