Afetividade na educação de jovens e adultos no processo de ensino e de aprendizagem

This research had as objective to analyze the importance of the affectivity in the process of teaching and learning of the students of the Education of Youths and Adults (EJA).Research carried out at the João Gadelha de Oliveira Filho Municipal School of Elementary Education, located in the neighborhood of Mangabeira VII, in João Pessoa City,Paraiba State. In Cycles I and II on the night shift. Two professors and seven students participated in our research, being one teacher of Cycle I and the other of Cycle II and the students were: two of Cycle I and three of Cycle II, one being male and two female. The methodology applied for this research is qualitative, using the techniques of observation and interview. The theoretical references assumed in this research were: Freire (2011), Gonsalves (2009), Almeida (2012), Oliveira (2012). The data analysis showed how significant the affectivity in the teacher-student relationship during the teaching and learning process. We have noticed that the affective ties between teacher and student will contribute to motivate the attendance and permanence of this student in school.O objetivo do nosso trabalho foi analisar a importância da afetividade no processo de ensino e de aprendizagem dos alunos da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), realizada na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Professor João Gadelha de Oliveira Filho, localizada no bairro de Mangabeira VII, na cidade de João Pessoa-PB, nos Ciclos I e II no turno da noite. Participaram da nossa pesquisa duas professoras e sete alunos (as), sendo, uma professora do Ciclo I, e a outra do Ciclo II e os alunos foram: duas do Ciclo I, e três do Ciclo II, sendo um do sexo masculino e duas do sexo feminino. A metodologia aplicada para essa pesquisa é de caráter qualitativo, utilizando as técnicas de observação e entrevista. O referencial teórico assumido nessa pesquisa foram: Freire (2011), Gonsalves (2009), Almeida (2012), Oliveira (2012). A análise dos dados apresentou como é significativa a afetividade na relação professor aluno durante no processo de ensino e de aprendizagem. Percebemos que os laços afetivos entre professor e aluno vão contribuir para motivar a frequência e a permanência desse aluno na escola
