O espaço físico em instituições de educação infantil: contribuições para o desenvolvimento da criança

This course conclusion work deals with the discussion of the physical spaces of the Early Childhood Education Institutions, the analysis from the perspective of the quality of these spaces. In this sense approach documents governing the infrastructure of Child Education institutions in Brazil and in our region. Our work was developed from the experience we have gained during the supervised and compulsory training in Early Childhood Education, held in a CREI in the city of João Pessoa. The main objective of this work is to understand how the physical space contributes to the integral development of children. Visits were made to two institutions of child education João Pessoa in order to observe their physical spaces and their use. The physical spaces develop the potential and stimulate new skills essential in the construction of autonomy, placing the child as agent construction of their own knowledge, since the child needs to explore the spaces to live it and interact with it.O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso aborda a discussão acerca dos espaços físicos das Instituições de Educação Infantil, na perspectiva da análise da qualidade destes espaços. Neste sentido abordamos documentos que regulamentam a infraestrutura das instituições de Educação Infantil no Brasil e em nossa região. O nosso trabalho foi desenvolvido a partir da experiência que obtivemos durante o estágio supervisionado e obrigatório em Educação Infantil, realizado em um CREI na cidade de João Pessoa. O objetivo central desse trabalho é compreender como o espaço físico contribui para o desenvolvimento integral das crianças. Foram realizadas visitas a duas Instituições de Educação infantil de João Pessoa com o objetivo de observar os seus espaços físicos e sua utilização. Os espaços físicos desenvolvem as potencialidades e estimulam novas habilidades essenciais na construção da autonomia, colocando a criança como agente construtora do seu próprio conhecimento, visto que a criança precisa explorar os espaços para vivê-lo e interagir com o mesmo
