This study is the result of questioning, reflection and discussion on Education in Human Rights both in the university - with the formation of graduates - and in school in critical and reflective training of students in Brazil. We have seen in recent years, an evolution in our legislation with the creation of documents that ensure quality education, fair and equitable, as well as more active participation of socio-cultural groups "less influential" in society.
