A prática pedagógica dos educadores na pré-escola (educação infantil V e VI)

This study aims to analyze the pedagogical practices of teachers of early childhood education, highlighting their relevance in the development of this activity, for early childhood education has undergone several changes, so governing early childhood education, had as theoretical references the authors Zabala, Barbosa, Kuhlmann Jr., Paschoal and Machado, and Oliveira among others. In the methodological point of view, this was a qualitative nature study, that as an instrument observation and semi- structured questioning where the study subjects were the teachers of early childhood education V and VI, their respective assistants and the management the supervisor of a school network public education in Paraiba Cabedelo. The analysis of the collected data were keys to closing the research on the pedagogical practice of participating school educators and hence promote our professional practice and to reflect on the current legislation governing early childhood education and the reality of public education. Thus , we emphasize that this research was very important for us as pedagogues , because we could experience other practices that can help in our daily lives. Finally, we conclude that the pedagogical practice in the researched context is being performed satisfactorily.O presente trabalho teve o objetivo de analisar a prática pedagógica dos educadores da Educação Infantil, evidenciando sua relevância no desenvolvimento dessa atividade, pois a Educação Infantil vem passando por várias mudanças, por isso julgamos necessário observamos se essa prática está coerente com os documentos que regem a Educação Infantil. Tivemos como referencial teórico autores como Zabala, Barbosa, Kuhlmann Jr, Paschoal e Machado, Oliveira, entre outros. Do ponto de vista metodológico, tratou-se de um estudo de cunho qualitativo, que teve como instrumento a observação e o questionário semiestruturado, onde os sujeitos de pesquisa foram as professoras da Educação Infantil V e VI, suas receptivas auxiliares, a gestora e a supervisora de uma escola da rede pública de ensino no município paraibano de Cabedelo. As análises dos dados coletados foram fundamentais para concluirmos a pesquisa sobre a prática pedagógica das educadoras da escola participante e, consequentemente, favorecer a nossa prática profissional e para refletirmos sobre a legislação vigente que rege a Educação Infantil e a realidade da instituição pública. Sendo assim, enfatizamos que essa pesquisa foi de suma importância para nós, enquanto pedagogas, pois pudemos vivenciar outras práticas que poderão auxiliar no nosso cotidiano. Por fim, concluímos que a prática pedagógica no contexto pesquisado está sendo executada de forma satisfatória
