Relação escola-família na educação infantil: uma parceria possível

The family and the school are to be the two major training institutions of the human being. The good relationship between them allows the child to develop fully on their mental and physical sectors preparing to live in society. This monograph conducted a study on the relation between school and family, in a public day care center, in the municipality of Bananeiras-pb. The general objective of this research was to analyze how has given the relationship between family and school in early childhood education. As specific objectives was to: observe the aspects that led to family and school to close; meet the effects caused by this distance; reflect on the role of the family, the role of the school and what factors prevent a rapprochement between them. It was found that the family would participate more if it were oriented and able to do so, and consequently the children would present a better performance. To perform this study, we used a qualitative approach. Data collection was in the form of a closed questionnaire and was applied with eight late-shift workers mentioned Daycare. In data analysis, it was found that the school-family relationship has great influence on the process of teaching-learning in early childhood education and school and family relationship, is fragile and therefore needs to be improved. And concluded that the family needs help from school to participate actively, in the school context and thus form a partnership with the school.A família e a escola constituem-se como sendo as duas grandes importantes instituições formadoras do ser humano. A boa relação entre elas propicia a criança desenvolver-se integralmente em seus setores físicos e mentais preparando-a para viver em sociedade. A presente monografia realizou um estudo sobre a relação escola e família, em uma Creche pública, no município de Bananeiras – pb. O objetivo geral dessa pesquisa foi analisar como tem se dado a relação entre família e escola na Educação Infantil. Como objetivos específicos pretendeu-se: observar os aspectos que levaram família e escola a não se aproximarem; conhecer os efeitos causados por esse distanciamento; refletir sobre o papel da família, o papel da escola e que fatores impedem uma aproximação entre elas. Verificou-se que a família participaria muito mais se fosse orientada e capacitada para tal, e consequentemente as crianças apresentariam um melhor desempenho. Para realizar este estudo, utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi em forma de questionário fechado e foi aplicado com oito profissionais do turno da tarde da mencionada Creche. Na análise de dados, verificou-se, que a relação escola-família tem grande influência no processo de ensino-aprendizagem na educação infantil e que a relação escola e família, está fragilizada e, portanto precisando ser melhorada. E concluiu que a família precisa da ajuda da escola para participar ativamente do contexto escolar e assim formar uma parceria com a escola
