Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one type of non-communicable diseases with an increasing prevalence. The IDFreported that global prevalence of DM patients were about 8,4% in 2012 and is predicted to rise to 55% by2035. Regular physical activity and dietary compliance are considered important components of the diabetesmanagement and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 DM.
