PROSEDUR PEMERIKSAAN COLON IN LOOP PADA PEDIATRIK DENGAN KLINIS HIRSCHSPRUNG DISEASE DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSUD DR SAIFUL ANWAR MALANG

Colon in loop examination according to Bontrager (2016) is a radiographic examination from large intestine by inserting contrast media to demonstrate the large intestine and its components. Projection used according Strouse (2016) is AP and Lateral projection post contrast media, postevacuation. While pediatric colon in loop examination with clinical hirschsprung disease in Radiological Installation of Dr Saiful Anwar Malang General Hospital using AP and Lateral projection post injection contrast media. The aim of this research to know pediatric colon in loop examination procedur with clinical hirschsprung disease, the reasons for not using post evacuation photos.The type of this research is qualitative research with case study approach, the research was done by observation, documentation, interview with two people of radiographer, one radiologist, one sender doctor at Radiological Installation of Dr Saiful Anwar Malang General Hospital. Data obtained from this study was analysis using interactive model.The result showed that the know pediatric colon in loop examination procedur with clinical hirschsprung disease Radiological Installation of Dr Saiful Anwar Malang General Hospital included patient preparation, tools and materials preparation, contrast media input, and examination techniques. The examination technique was carried out from taking plain abdominal photographs with AP projection, retrograde inclusion of contrast media, AP and lateral projection post contrast media. The reason is only used AP and Lateral projections because they can see the signs of hirschsprung disease is peritonitis, peritonium and ileus
