PERBEDAAN PEMBERIAN SUPLEMEN INSTAN BELIMBING KAMPUNG DAN BELIMBING BANGKOK TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANANDARAH PADA HIPERTENSI KEHAMILAN(Studi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kabupaten Brebes)

Background: Hypertension is one of the high risks of pregnancy that can cause preeclampsia, eclampsia to cause maternal and infant mortality. Handling hypertension has been done by giving anti-hypertensive drugs.Objective: Prove the comparison of blood pressure reduction in pregnancy hypertension by giving instant village starfruit and bangkok starfruit.Study Methods: Quasi experimental, with a nonrandomized pretest posttest with group control design. The total sample of 42 respondents was divided into 2 treatment groups and 1 control group. Nifedipine drug is given to 2 intervention groups accompanied by instant 50 gram star fruit / day every day. The control group only received the drug nifedipine. Blood pressure measurements were carried out on day 1, 7 and day 14. Data were analyzed using the General Liniear Model Repeated Measure test.Study Results: There were differences in systolic blood pressure before and after the administration of village star fruit and bangkok (p = 0.001). There was a difference in diastolic blood pressure before and after the instant administration of village star fruit and bangkok (p = 0.001).Conclusion: Instant consumption of 50 gram starfruit / day for 14 days can reduce the blood pressure of pregnant women with hypertension, better than the instant starfruit village
