PENGARUH KONSELING MEDIA KOMBINASI ABPK DAN LEAFLETTERHADAP PEMILIHAN KB PASCA PERSALINAN METODE KONTRASEPSI JANGKA PANJANG DI PUSKESMAS AMPENAN

The coverage of family planning service after delivery with long-termcontraceptive method is still far from the target that is excepted. Counseling is oneof the indicators that most determine the success of family planning in Indonesia.ABPK and leaflet are tools or medium which can be used in giving informationabout contraception. The health centre Ampenan is one of the local governmentclinics in the territory of the Mataram city with the coverage of family planningacceptors post partum qualitative methods of contraception long-term low at35.46% in 2018This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of counseling mediacombination ABPK and leaflets in pregnant woman in their third trimester towardthe selection of the KB after the delivery method of long-term contraception at thelocal government clinics Ampenan, Mataram city, West nusa tenggara.This research is used a quasi experimental post test only non equivalentcontrol group design. The numbers of samples are 32 pregnant women in their 3trimester with the sampling technique using total sampling. The measuringinstruments are used checklist, ABPK and leaflet. The data analysis usedstatistical test to non parametric kolmogorof smirnov testSignificant differences between the combination of counseling (ABPK andLeaflets) and Leaflets on the selection of post-natal birth control long-termcontraceptive methods (MKJP) with p-value = 0.013
