Kidney failure is a state of optimal decline in kidney function to remove excess substances and excessive fluid from the body. Complications of hemodialysis can cause discomfort, decreased quality of life includes physical, psychological, spiritual health, socio-economic status and family dynamics (Farida, 2010). The psychological impact of hemodialysis is very complex and will affect physical, social and spiritual health. The psychological effects that arise include anxiety, stress, and depression (Armiyati, 2008). Non-pharmacological therapy including complementary therapy is one of the most popular therapeutic alternatives today, besides the low price, the side effects caused are also small. Various types of complementary therapies that have been practiced by a group of people, one of which is classified as therapeutic is music therapy. Method - Design used is a case study, which is a very flexible research design, which allows researchers to set holistic characteristics. against real life events while researching empirical events. Research Results - The results of the scores of anxiety of the two respondents decreased, but for the first respondent was still in the same level of anxiety, namely moderate anxiety, while for the second respondent had a decrease in score and level of anxiety from severe anxiety to moderate anxiety.
