ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN JIWA PADA KLIEN HARGA DIRI RENDAH DENGAN MENINGKATKAN ASPEK POSITIF DAN AKTIVITAS DI RSJD Dr. AMINO GONDOHUTOMO PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Background - Low self-esteem is a feeling of worthlessness, insignificance and prolonged inferiority due to a negative evaluation of oneself and self-ability. Improving Positive Aspects is a nursing intervention by exploring feelings, ways that are provided by nursing staff for positive things about individuals that can affect self-confidence, self-concept, and happiness. Objectives - Research explains improving positive aspects and activities towards positive abilities and increasing client self-esteem.Method - The type of research uses descriptive methods with exposure to cases and approaches to the nursing process.Results - The results obtained after nursing care are carried out by both clients able to do SP 1 (increase positive aspects) and SP 2 (activity). The first client tends to be more cooperative, while the second client's response tends to be slower. Improve positive aspects and activities proven to improve the ability of clients by feeling capable and knowing the positive aspects that are still owned.Conclusion - It was concluded that by increasing positive aspects and activities gradually the ability and client self-esteem will increase
