ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESARIA DENGAN FOKUS STUDI PENGELOLAAN NYERI DI RUANG MAWARRSUD DR. H. SOEWONDO KENDAL

Background-Sectio caesaria (SC) is an artificial labor whereby the fetus is born through the front wall of the abdomen and uterine wall with the uterus intact and fetal weight above 500 grams. Every surgical procedure including caesarean surgery will definitely have an side pain effect. Pain in post SC mothers has a discontinuation of network continuity due to surgery. Pain is a cause for body pain that arises when tissue is damaged, and causes individual to react to eliminate pain stimulationPurpose - This study aims to describe nursing care of post sectio caesaria patients with a focus on pain management studies in the Mawar room at the RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal.Method -The preparationdesign use in this scientific paper is descriptive research design that is a research method that aims to describe the events or phenomena that exist at this time. Then this case study is a study to explore nursing care for post sectio caesarean patients with a focus on pain management studies. the sample used was 2 respondentsResults- Assessment shows that Mrs. N and Mrs. R feel the sectio caesaria wound pain, with a scale of pain 6 Mrs. N and Mrs. R. Nursing diagnosis is acute pain associated with tissue discomfort due to surgery. Planning carried out focused on acute pain associated with tissue discomfort due to surgery is to teach hand held relaxation to reduce pain. Nursing actions are carried out based on the plan prepared, focused on teaching patients to carry out hand-held relaxation to reduce pain. Evaluation shows that client pain is reduced after being taught the management of client I pain from scale 6 to scale 4 while client II from scale 6 being the scale of pain
