ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KELUARGA PADA KLIEN DENGAN TB PARU DI PUSKESMAS GODONG I KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosisinfection. Source of infection is pulmonary TB patients with acid-resistant bacteria (AFB)positive through sputum microscopic spark of issuance. With smear negative pulmonaryTB also still have the possibility of infectious pulmonary tuberculosis even though therate of transmission kecil TB pulmonary TB in children is a spectrum of unique and havespecial problems that are different from adult pulmonary TB. In children with pulmonaryTB problems faced is the problem of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The family hasa very important role in the prevention of pulmonary TB transmission, especially lung TBcategory I for one family tasks that do care for sick family members and preventtransmission to family members who lain.dalam transmission prevention of pulmonarytuberculosis in children that need to be considered is the adherence to medication,wearing masks, do not throw phlegm or spit carelessly, nutrients provided must benutritionally balanced, environmentally clean, state of the house ventilation is alwaysopen. This study aims to describe the nursing care meeting the needs of security (Safety)in school age children with pulmonary TB in Puskesmas Karangrayung Grobogan. Themethod used in this research is descriptive method using a case study approach. Thesubjects in this study are two man years (two cases) with the nursing problems and thesame diagnosis of children who experienced pulmonary TB category 1 with a sense offulfillment. The results showed that both mother's family Tn.And Tn.W and increasedknowledge about the importance of taking medication schedule OAT order to prevent theseverity of the disease and ways of pulmonary TB disease transmission to prevent theexpansion of the disease.Suggestions in this research for clients and families to continue to take steps to preventthe spread of pulmonary tuberculosis such as always wearing a mask, if the cough isclosed, throwing phlegm in place a closed container and perform a clean and healthyliving behavio
