PERBEDAAN INFORMASI ANATOMI SINUS PARANASAL DENGAN REKONSTRUKSI ALGORITMA STANDAR DAN ALGORITMA BONE PLUS PADA PEMERIKSAAN CT SCAN SINUS PARANASAL PADA KASUS SINUSITIS

This study was conducted because of differences between theory and practice in the field regarding the use of algorithms on paranasal sinuses CT Scan in sinusitis. This research was conducted to find out the difference of paranasal sinuses anatomical information with standard algorithm reconstruction and bone plus algorithm on CT Scan of paranasal sinuses in sinusitis and to know which algorithm reconstruction can give better information between standard algorithm and bone plus algorithm on CT Scan paranasal sinuses in sinusitis.The type of this research is qualitative research with experimental approach. This research was conducted at Radiology Installation of Salatiga Hospital with retrospective data that is 8 paranasal sinuses images from 4 patients with 2 reconstruction variations between reconstruction of standard algorithm and reconstruction of bone plus algorithm. Assessment of image information data is done by 3 respondents. The analysis of the three respondents in the kappa test to determine the level of perception of the respondents, after which the data in the test using wilcoxon test to see whether there is a difference of both reconstruction.From the results of the study showed that there was no difference in anatomical information between standard algorithm reconstruction and bone plus algorithm reconstruction based on the results of the questionnaire that was 501 on the standard algorithm and 445 on the bone plus algorithm where both values were in the same range, namely the value range 393 - 504 (very clear picture). It was also seen in the questionnaire that the assessment was almost the same in both algorithms as indicated by the kappa test results which showed very good correlation (0.7 - 0.8). As well as evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the value of p value = 0.066 (p> 0.05) which means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected
