Patients satisfaction survey in radiology installation of Soehadi Prijonegoro hospital done every once in 3 years, and the survey standard should be achieved every 3 months in 1 year, but the fact is there still any complaints from patient and his family. The aims of this study is to know the level of satisfaction patients on the quality of intensive care treatment at the radiology in Soehadi Prijonegoro hospital also the factors that prioritized to be maintaned and improved in patient satisfaction.This study included in quantitative research with the approach survey and take locations in radiology installation of Soehadi Prijonegoro hospital on March-April 2018.
