Background : Mental disorders as syndromes or psychological patterns orpatterns of behavior that are clinically important, which occur in individuals.Hallucinations are perceptions without any stimulation on the senses of a person,which occurs in a conscious or wakeful state, in the form of organic, functional,psychotic, or hysterical. Scheduled activity is one technique that is used insuppressing or disconnecting hallucinations that appear on the client.Purpose : Perform Nursing Care with mental disorders patients with auditoryhallucinations through scheduled activity therapy for two clients in the work areaof Cebongan Public Health Center, Argomulyo Subdistrict, Salatiga City.Methods : The design used is a descriptive method that describes systematicallymanaged cases with two respondents and their familiesResults : From the research it is found that the problem is resolved in accordancewith the established criteria but from comparing between the two clients theresults of the implementation carried out have a different responseConclusion : Auditory hallucination ecperienced by Mr. M and Ny. I therapeuticcommunication with an implementation strategy (SP1 until SP4).Suggestion : It is expected that the family is able to provide these techniques andprovide support to clients to break auditory hallucinations through animplementation strategy
