ANALISA FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN KB PASCA PERSALINAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LAPADDE KOTA PAREPARE

The coverage of post-natal KB services to date is still far from the expected target. The use of postpartum contraception is influenced by several factors such as socioeconomic and demographic factors, contraceptive counseling during pregnancy, mother's knowledge and attitude about postpartum birth. Puskesmas Lapadde is one of Puskesmas in Kota Parepare area with low coverage of KB acceptors post which is 37,92% in 2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the behavior of the use of KB after delivery in the work area of Lapadde Puskesmas Kota Parepare.Design of this study was observational analytics with a retrospective approach. The population in this study were women aged 15-49 years are married and have infants aged 6 weeks to 5 months in the work area of Lapadde Puskesmas. The sample technique uses Purposive Sampling with 95 respondents. Data collection tools are questionnaires. Data analysis to test relationship with Chi Square and Odd Ratio.Result of the research was found that the use of KB after delivery was 43,2% and did not use 56,8%.
