ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN HIPERTENSI DENGAN FOKUS STUDI KURANG PENGETAHUAN TENTANG DIET HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS RAWAT INAP SUKOREJO 01 KENDAL

Hypertension is a chronic condition in which blood pressure in artery increases. This condition is known as a "silent killer" because it rarely has obvious symptoms and is a global problem including Indonesia. In Indonesia, hypertension is estimated 15 million people, but only 4%, which is controlled hypertension. Privacy 6-15% in adults, 50% of whom are unaware as hypertensive patients so they tend to become severe hypertension because they do not avoid and do not know the risk factors.The methods used in this case study are interviews and observation and physical examination and document and questionnaire studies. Participants in this case study were two patients with the same nursing cases and medical diagnostic problems, is clients with knowledge problems about hypertension diet.The conclusion of this case study focuses on the diagnosis of insufficient knowledge of hypertensive diet associated with lack of information about hypertensive diet by evaluation of knowledge responses on each client almost equally. This is evidenced from the results of the level of knowledge of both clients showed a change, as evidenced by the results of the questionnaire after the extension of the results for Ny. J 70% and Ny. H 60% and both clients are able to explain about hypertension diet
