EFEKTIVITAS SENAM JANTUNG SEHAT DAN SENAM LANSIA TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA LANSIA DENGAN HIPERTENSI RINGAN

Background : Hypertension is a condition in which systolic blood pressure ? 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure ? 90 mmHg. Hypertension gives no symptoms and symptoms typical so that many patients who do not realize it. Therefore hypertension is said to be the silent killer. Annual report at Rowosari Public Health Center in 2017, especially non-communicable diseases that are hypertension as many as 813 patients where in the male gender as much as 293 or equal (36%) patients and at Female sex 520 or equal (64%) people with hypertension. Results the report shows that high incidence of hypertension and ranked first among other non-contagious diseases. Research Methods : This study used quasi experimental design with pre and post test approaches . The sample of this study is elderly women who live in the working area of Puskesmas Rowosari with hypertension stage 1. With following healthy heart gymnastics and elderly gymnastics for 4 weeks and 3 sessions for week, and each session for 15-25 minutes. The sample size is 56 participants divided into 2 group. Group of healthy heart gymnastics as many as 28 participants and group gymnastics elderly as many as 28 participants. Sampling using purposive technique sampling . The data is then processed and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test for see the difference of pre & post treatment and then processed using man withney to determine the effectiveness of healthy heart gymnastics and elderly gymnastics against the decline blood pressure.
