PERBEDAAN INFORMASI CITRA ANATOMI DENGAN VARIASI REKONSTRUKSI INCREMENT PADA PEMERIKSAAN CT SCAN KEPALA DENGAN KASUS STROKE NON HEMORAGIK

The use of increment reconstruction on head CT scan with stroke non hemorrhagic case will affect the quality of the resulting image. This research aims to determine how the difference of anatomical image information with variation increment reconstruction on head CT Scan with stroke non hemorrhagik and to know the value increment resulting image of the anatomy of the best information in head CT Scan with stroke non hemorrhagik case.Scientific writing this type of research is quantitative research with experimental approaches. The data was cpllected by obsevation of the head CT Scan with stroke non hemorrhagik case using the same parameters and different increments. The result of head CT Scan stroke non hemorrhagik case with a picture of the variastion increment then conducted the study with questionnare by the radiologist to obtain the image information head CT Scan with stroke non hemorrhagik case. Then from the result of these studies the data were analyzed use friedman mean rank test. The results showed that there was a significant difference anatomical image information between increment reconstruction variation of 2 mm, 1 mm, and 0.5 mm on head CT Scan examination with stroke non hemorragik case. In infarct organs, ventricles, basal ganglia and CSF around the mesehepalon, 0.5 mm increment reconstruction values have better anatomic information values that are with good contrast and image borders than 1 mm increment reconstruction and 2 mm increment reconstruction. There is a strong correlation between increment reconstruction variation with anatomical image information with a correlation of p valu
