ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KLIEN GAGAL JANTUNG KONGESTIF DENGAN FOKUS STUDI PENGELOLAAN INTOLERANSI AKTIVITAS DENGAN LATIHAN REHABILITASI JANTUNG DI RSUD dr. LOEKMONO HADI KUDUS

Background: Congestive heart failure is a condition which the heart is unable to pump adequate blood in meeting the tissue needs for oxygen and nutrients. Symptoms that arise due to congestive heart failure include shortness of breath, chest pain, weakness and fatigue during activity. Fatigue during activity resulting in an increase in pulse and blood pressure is called activity intolerance. One of the nursing interventions that can be administered to patients with activity intolerance from congestive heart failure is cardiac rehabilitation exercise. This study aims to describe a nursing care in clients with congestive heart failure focusing study on activity intolerance management with cardiac rehabilitation exercise at RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus. Methods: This case study uses descriptive methods with case explain and uses a nursing process approach. Results: The results obtained after the nursing care for five days there is increased tolerance of activity on both clients. Based on the Borg Scale Assessment it is known that the first subject is more tolerant of the activity from grades 15-16 to 11-12 and on the second subject from 15-16 to 13-14. Conclusion: Cardiac rehabilitation exercises can increase the tolerance of activity by examining and taking into account age factors, medical history, diet, and the ability of patients in carrying out daily activities
