PERBEDAAN INFORMASI DIAGNOSTIK PENGGUNAAN TEKNIK PARALLEL IMAGING METODE MSENSE DAN METODE GRAPPA PADA T2 TSE DIXON MRI LUMBAL DENGAN KLINIS RADICULOPTHY

Background : Examination Lumbal MRI in Radiologi Departemen RSUP dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung using T2 TSE dixon sequence with parallel imaging technique mSENSE methode while the Siemens MRI there are two methode of parallel imaging. This Study aims to determine the difference diagnostic information use of acquisition technique parallel imaging methods mSENSE and GRAPPA methode on T2 TSE dixon Lumbal MRI with radiculopthy case and. To Find a more optimal technique ini generating diagnostic information MRI Lumbal.Methode : The type of Research is quantitative with eksperimental desing. Data collection, By means of observation and questionnaires. Sample in this Research is 10 respondents. This Research by adding parallel imaging GRAPPA metode in sagital slice MRI Lumbal and image to provided to radiologis to be evaluated by filling assesment poin in questionnaires. After the data collected, the ext step is to performa data processing with editing, coding and tabulation then analyzed pusing SPSS 17 with statistic test and Wilcoxon test for discussion conclusions and recommendations.
