Pengaruh Relaksasi Nafas Dalam dan Kompres Dingin Terhadap Tingkat Nyeri Haid pada Remaja di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Fatah Kabupaten Banjarnegara

Abstrak Indonesia incidence rate of disminore consists of (54.89%) primary disminore and (9.36%) secondary disminore. Figures disminore in West Java (54.9%) of women experiencing disminorrhea, consisting of (24.5%) mild dysminorrhoea, (21.28%) had moderate dysminorce and 9.36% experienced severe dysminorrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the decrease of menstrual pain before and after given combination of deep breathing relaxation and cold compress in the intervention group and control group. This type of quantitative research with quasi experimental method and non-equivalent control pre-test design study post-test only design. Data analysis used a non-parametric test of Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney. Technical samples with purposive sampling. The number of population is 78 students with a sample of 40 students divided into 20 intervention groups and 20 control groups. Instruments using the Bourbanies pain scale scale were performed before and after treatment. The results showed the average of menstrual pain before treatment was given 7.85 was reduced to 2.70 in the intervention group and 7.65 to 5.55 in the control group. Obtained P value = 0.000
