PENGARUH LOVING BABY MASSAGE TERHADAP BERAT BADAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN BAYI USIA 3 BULAN DI PUSKESMAS BANDARHARJO

Infancy between 0-12 months is a golden period for optimal growth and development. This period is a good time to strive for optimal infant growth. Disturbed growth and development will cause deviation invarious aspects of motoric development, language, social and self reliance. For that need stimulation to prevent it. One of them with massage. The purpose of this reseach is to prove the influence of loving baby massage on the weight and development of baby age in three months. This research is done at Puskesmas Bandarharjo area of Semarang City.Type of research using pre-experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design. The research population is all 3 months old baby at Puskesmas Bandarharjo. Sampling techniques using consecutive sampling. All samples in this research is given loving baby massage therapy every 2 days 15-20 minutes for 10 days.The results of research showed that the massage can increase the weight between 280-340 gram and increase from KPSP score dubious to according to developments of 3 months old baby. P value for body weight 0,00 and for development 0,001.From the result of this research For health officers is hopeted to socialization for parental about loving baby massage as for stimulation to baby for increase the weight and development
