ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENYEMBUHAN LUKA PERINEUM DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS SIWALAN KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Maternal mortality in Indonesia 2012 as many as 359 per 100,000 live births (Health Departement RI, 2015). Recuperation perineal injury is affected by treatment of asepsis, personal hygiene, hemorrhagic treatment, increased elimination, assessment of uterine involution, locia, episiotomy, after pain and perineal care. This research aimed to determined factors that correlation to recuperation perineal injury of post partum mothers in Siwalan Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency.The corresponding research design used analytic survey design with cross sectional approach. Sample were post partum mothers in Siwalan Public Health Pekalongan Regency as many as 30 people. The technique of sampling used total sampling. The instrument of data collecting used chek list. Anaysis data used chi square.The result showed that 19 people (63.3%) had less personal hygiene, 24 people (80%) were not anemic, 24 (80%) did not good care injury and 19 people (36.7%) perineal injury healed. There were correlation personal hygiene, nutritional care and injure care to recuperation perineal injury of post partum mothers in Siwalan Public Health Center Pekalongan RegencyFrom the result of this research, expected that health workers especially midwives should improve the provision of health counseling about personaln hygiene and perineal injure care in postpartum.
