ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGISIAN BUKU KIA OLEH BIDAN DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS KAJEN KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Maternal mortality in Indonesia 2012 as many as 359 per 100,000 live births (Health Departement RI, 2015). Maternity mothers in health facilities accounted for 70.4% and 29.6% at home or others. Birth attendants by competent health personnel (specialists doctor, doctor and midwives) achieved 87.1% (Riskesdas, 2013).This research aimed to determine effect factors to KIA book filling by midwives in Kajen Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency.This research have done in Kajen Public Health Pekalongan Regency. The corresponding research design used descriptive analytic. Population were midwife ini Kajen I and Kajen II Public Health Pekalongan Regency as many as 38 people. The technique of sampling used total sampling. The instrument of data collecting used questionnaire.The result showed that there was not correlation between workload, supervision and between career development to KIA book filling by midwives in Kajen Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency. There was correlation between motivation to KIA book filling by midwives in Kajen Public Health Center Pekalongan RegencyFrom the result of this research, expected that improve health services and midwifery care must be in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and improve performance
