PERBANDINGAN INFORMASI CITRA PADA OUT OF PHASE DIXON DAN T1 FLASH WATER EXCITATION PADA PEMERIKSAAN MRI GENU IRISAN SAGITAL PADA PESAWAT MRI 0,35 T

The technique of fat suppression on MRI is an integral part of MRI examination, which serves to suppress adipose tissue in the organ and to know the type of tumor at post gadolonium contrast, there are six fat pressing techniques on MRI namely Dixon, Fat Sat, Water Excitation, STIR, SPIR, and SPAIR. Of the six techniques, Dixon, Water exitation, and STIR techniques that can be applied to low magnetic fields, unfortunately in STIR have limitations that can only be done on weighting T2. At the MRI clinic P.B. Soedirman Jember uses low field MRI Therefore the researcher is interested to compare the two techniques between the dixon in the out-of-phase image with T1 flash water excitation on MRI Genu sagital slice on the MRI 0.35 TThis research type is Quantitative research. Data collection method used is method by collecting data from radiologist as respondent, and test agreement from responder responder, then from result of respondent is changed in form of ordinal data, previously researcher disguise result of second image to be compared. Done by method WilcoxonIt can be concluded that there is a difference in image information between the out-of-phase image of the dixon and the T1 flash water excitation where a T1 flash water excitation shows a better image on the MRI genu of sagittal slices on the MRI 0.35
